Focus Up is a free browser-based focus timer. It runs entirely in your browser session: there's no account, no server-side save, and no guarantee that a session in progress will survive a closed tab, a refresh, or a dead battery. Treat it as a helpful nudge, not a system of record.
Focus Up is offered for general motivation and time-awareness only. It isn't a substitute for professional advice on attention, productivity, work habits, or any medical or psychological condition (including ADHD or related diagnoses). If you're looking for a structured intervention for a health condition, please talk to a qualified professional instead of a browser timer.
The motivational quote shown at the end of a round is pulled from a third-party public API (Quotable) where available, with a small local fallback list used if that service is unreachable. We don't vet every quote in that external database and can't guarantee accuracy of attribution.
This site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separated from the timer itself. We don't control which specific advertisers appear and don't endorse them — see the Privacy Policy for how ad cookies work.
Focus Up is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be slow, unavailable, or wrong at any time — third-party fonts, analytics, ad scripts, or the quote API can all fail independently of the timer itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss connected to your use of the site, including lost focus sessions or missed reminders.
