Cheese on Toast
What you need
- 1 slice of bread
- grated cheese
- butter
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Butter the bread, pile the cheese on right to the edges, and grill until it bubbles and browns in patches.
How it feels to make
You watch it through the oven door the whole time and it still catches you off guard.
