Name: Fried Egg Sandwich
Ingredients: 2 slices of bread; 1 egg; ketchup; butter

What you need

Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.

Fry the egg in butter with a runny yolk. Butter the bread, ketchup on one side, egg in the middle, and press down gently.

The yolk breaking on the first bite is the entire reason this exists.

Runny yolk or don't bother. Hard yolk in a sandwich is just dry.
