Sausage and Egg Roll
What you need
- 1 bread roll
- 2 sausages
- 1 egg
- ketchup
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Fry the sausages until browned, split them flat, and fry the egg in the same pan. Load into the split roll with ketchup.
How it feels to make
Cooking the egg in the sausage fat is the whole difference and you'll never go back.

Egg in the sausage pan. Don't wash it in between, that's where the flavour is.
