Tuna and Sweetcorn Sandwich
What you need
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tin of tuna
- sweetcorn
- 2 spoons mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Drain the tuna and corn thoroughly, mix with mayonnaise and pepper, and pile onto bread.
How it feels to make
Two tins and a spoon, and it's the lunchbox sandwich everyone remembers.

Drain both tins properly. Wet filling is the enemy of a packed lunch.
