Orange Fizz
What you need
- orange juice
- sparkling water
- 1 spoon sugar
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Half fill a glass with juice, top with sparkling water, stir the sugar in gently and add ice.
How it feels to make
Pouring the fizzy water down the side of the glass so it doesn't foam over is a small skill.
Mom wrote on the back
Pour it down the side of the glass. Straight down the middle and it's all over the counter.
