Strawberry Milkshake
What you need
- strawberries
- 1 cup milk
- 2 scoops ice cream
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Blend everything until smooth and thick. Pour into a cold glass and drink straight away.
How it feels to make
The colour is pinker than seems possible from that few strawberries.
Mom wrote on the back
Chill the glass first. It stays thick twice as long.
