Pasta with Sausage

What you need

• pasta
• 3 sausages
• 1 onion
• 2 spoons tomato paste

Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.

What you do

Squeeze the sausage meat out of the skins and fry it into crumbles with the onion. Stir in the paste and a cup of water, simmer, then toss with the pasta.

How it feels to make

Breaking the sausage meat up with a wooden spoon is a satisfying, slightly disgusting job.
