Spinach Pasta
What you need
- pasta
- spinach
- a splash of cream
- 1 clove of garlic
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Wilt the spinach with garlic in butter, add cream and bubble briefly, then toss the drained pasta through with a splash of its water.
How it feels to make
A whole bag of spinach reduces to a spoonful and you'll double it next time.

Buy twice the spinach. It always looks like too much and never is.
