Sour Cherry Fizz
What you need
- sour cherry juice
- sparkling water
- half a lemon
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Half fill a glass with cherry juice, top with sparkling water, squeeze lemon in and add ice.
How it feels to make
Dark red going pale pink as the fizzy water goes in is worth watching.
Mom wrote on the back
Pour it down the side of the glass, same as always.
