Lemon Butter Pasta
What you need
- pasta
- 1 lemon
- butter
- grated parmesan
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Melt butter with lemon zest, add the drained pasta with a splash of its water, the juice and the cheese, and toss hard until it turns creamy.
How it feels to make
Tossing it hard is what makes the sauce. Gentle stirring gives you buttery pasta and a puddle.
