Ricotta and Honey Toast
What you need
- 1 slice of bread
- ricotta
- honey
- strawberries
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Toast and cool the bread slightly. Spread ricotta thickly, lay sliced strawberries over and trail honey across.
How it feels to make
It looks like something from a café and takes about ninety seconds.
