Fish in Foil
What you need
- 2 fish fillets
- half a lemon
- butter
- parsley
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Put each fillet on foil with butter, lemon slices, parsley and salt. Fold into sealed parcels and bake fifteen minutes.
How it feels to make
Opening the parcel and getting a face full of lemon steam is the best part of dinner.

Seal the parcels properly. All the steam is doing the cooking.
