Name: Frozen Banana Bites
Ingredients: 3 bananas; 150g chocolate; peanut butter

What you need

Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.

Slice the bananas, sandwich pairs with peanut butter, freeze an hour. Dip in melted chocolate and freeze again until set.

Dipping frozen banana in warm chocolate makes it set almost instantly, which is very satisfying.

Freeze them before dipping. Room-temperature banana slides off the fork.
