Potatoes with Yogurt Sauce
What you need
- 4 potatoes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- dill
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Boil and quarter the potatoes. Beat garlic, dill and salt into the yogurt and spoon it over the warm potatoes.

Warm potatoes under cold garlic yogurt is a combination you'll keep coming back to.

Sauce goes on warm potatoes, not hot. Hot ones make the yogurt run off.
