Potatoes with Butter and Dill
What you need
- small potatoes
- butter
- dill
Salt, pepper, water and oil don’t count. Mom always had those.
What you do
Boil the small potatoes whole until a knife slides in, drain, and toss in the hot pan with butter, chopped dill and salt.
How it feels to make
Three things and it's the side dish you make when there's nothing in the house.

Toss them in the hot dry pan first for a minute. It dries them so the butter sticks.
